Caffeine

Panic Attacks, dehydration, tremors, frequent urination, spontaneous crying, insomnia, etc. If you are experiencing any or all of the following disruptive behaviors, and who isn’t, this post may be for you.

The instinctual philosophy I’ve followed most of my life has been “more is better”. If a little is good more must be better. The “too much of everything is just enough” creed covered food, alcohol, smoking, sex and coffee among other things. The result was a fat, smelly, liar, who needed to avoid calls and at times sneak out of apartments. I’m here to tell you I’ve curbed my ways I’m extremely pleased about it.

Changing Careers

Many people worry about the numerous obstacles facing our youth as they make their way through college and prepare to face the job market. I say, save your worry, the aggressive ignorance and vitality of youth will help them endure the first few phases of "real life". Save your worry for those who are carrying years of struggle and obligations. Obligations like kids, an alcohol problem and house payments.
